1. To comply with all legal regulations of the country in which we operate,
2. Respecting human rights, not exposing any employee to harassment, physical or moral punishment or other forms of abuse,
3. To protect all kinds of confidential information and assets and properties of Agora Kimya and its organizations that we have acquired during the business relationship,
4. Not to be involved in works and transactions that would damage the reputation of Agora Kimya and its organizations,
5. To provide all the products / services we supply in accordance with the quality and safety criteria specified in our relevant contract,
6. To carry out all our activities in accordance with the rule of honesty,
7. Not to offer or offer payments, services, gifts, entertainment or other benefits to any Agora Kimya employees or a third party in order to affect the way these persons perform their duties,
8. As Agora Kimya partners and employees, we undertake that we are informed about the Code of Conduct and that we will comply with these rules and that we will ensure that our suppliers comply with these rules.
